1). The hydraulic static pile driver, features with no noise, no vibration, no pollution, high piling efficiency, and excellent piling quality, it has wide application in pile pressing, the specifications range from 80 to 1200 tons piling press to suit different foundation conditions and customers, meanwhile, we can provide special design for customer's requirement.

2). The pile driver is composed of clamping box, pile pressing mechanism, rise mechanism, travel mechanism, crane,hydraulic system, electric system and so on. It can finish all the pile lifting, pile pressing (including press side and corner pile), travel, and steering.

A. Applications: The machine is convenient to press concrete spum pile, square pile, H pile, and other precast at the site of: 1. Clay, soft soil, sand layer, etc.  2. Noise regulated urban area. 3. Vibration regulated areas, such as, near old buildings, precision instrument buildings, subway, overpass,etc. 

B. Hydraulic system

    1. The pile driver cyliders adopt the recognized Chinese best quality pile driver cyliders, these cylinders are produced according to Rexroth technology and use Japanese seals.

    2. Equipped with stable piling pressure and machine lift alarm device, avoid the damage to the machine caused by machine lifting.

    3. Innovative clamping pressure and piling pressure in-phase technology, prolong the clamping box lifetime and avoid pile demaging.

    4. Professional hydraulic oil circuit cleaning technology, insure the hydraulic system cleanness and the reliable operation of hydraulic components.

C. Clamping box

     Original clamping jaw's self-adaptive device, prevent the concrete pile from damaging, and insure high reliability and low failure rate of clamping box. The heat-treatedclamping jaws have at least twice lifetime than normal clamping jaws.

D. Stationarytype side & corner piling device

    Upright stationarytype side & corner piling device, its theoretical side piling force accounts to 70% of central piling force, assure the verticality of pile.

E. Crane

     Innovative crane design, ensure the lifting capacity, improves the buckling strength, and makes it easy to transport; the unique machineing technology, enable the slewing support fit the platform better, eliminate the abnormal sound during crane operation, prolong the lifetime of slewing support, bearing, and slewing motor, minimize the possibility of accident.

F. Slewing reset mechanism

    Feature with big slewing angle and reliable structure, avoid the short ship ball head breaking.

G. Unique radiator system

     Equipped with unique radiator system, have a good filtration and heat dissipation effect, solve the high hydraulic oil temperature problem when the machine working in tropic zone.
